Default Smaller Sizes
I know this is not the biggest deal in the world and I have only lost 12 pounds so far, but I went to Target to attempt to buy a bathing suit this weekend. (Bathing suit purchase did not happen) But I did buy some new workout clothes and I also tried on a few pairs of shorts and some shirts. I was sooooo happy to see that I was fitting into smaller sizes!!! I haven't seen much of a result in myself until then and it motivated me to stay away from the alcohol and bad food this weekend and I worked out even twice a day!!
