Ok so first, I finally found out what NSV means!!! Haha. Yay!!!

Secondly, today was week 5 day 3. This is the day I've been thinking about and dreading since starting C25K because it meant a 20 minute run. That was very intimidating for me and I honestly didn't think it would (or could!) happen. So this morning my room mate and I got up before church to run - and I'll tell you that's a victory in itself!!

We did the run nice and early because it was supposed to be super hot and I actually did it... I JOGGED FOR 20 MINUTES WITHOUT STOPPING!!!.... I still can't believe I did this! We were a bit slower than the pace suggested in the app, but we did about 2.25 km - almost halfway to the 5K!

I know this may not be a huge deal for some of you, but it is huge for me... Not just on the physical part, but also the mental thing for me!

I'm actually really proud of myself!! Ok, I'll stop tooting my own horn! Haha

I'm so glad you posted this because I thought I was the only one that thought this was a big deal! I did week 5 day 3 on Friday, and although it was at a slow pace, I was exhilirated when I was done. I never thought I'd be able to jog for that long! Don't let anybody get you down because this is a big thing- at least I think so! Great job and keep up the good work. We'll be running our first 5k in no time!
