I had a baby in September and never lost any weight. I ended up gaining 5 pounds after having my son and I felt terrible about my body. I decided to do something about it, the weight wasn't going to come off by itself! I decided to calorie count and exercise when I can and 2 1/2 months later here I am at 30 pounds lost! I still have 35 to go but I'm so happy I broke my plateau and hopefully I can be an inspiration to someone like those who post in here inspired me.
I could NEVER stick to a diet for more than a day so this is HUGE for me
