My Mini goals.

  • #1 Lose the first 10 lbs
    #2 Get out of the 300's
    #3 Get down to 250
    #4 Get out of the 200's
    #5 Get down to my 'want to be' Weight 170 (to start out with then will go from there)
  • My goals are similar...

    1) Lose 10 pounds
    2) Get to 250 pounds
    3) Be able to exercise more and for longer periods of time (maybe a marathon or something?)
    4) Get to 200 or below
    5) Maintain!
