Default Made my Mini-Goal, Yay!!!
Merry Christmas, everyone!

I love reading all your mini-goals and now have one of my own to share.

I've been on this "19" pounds off for several days and SO wanted to make it 20 by Christmas! Well... this morning, I got on the scale and there it was... 20!! What makes it nicer is that I know I earned it because the past couple works there has been all kinds of food around at work and I have eaten only the veggies and fruit! Yay! Not going to blow it today on Christmas either, ha.

Congrats!! Well done, isn't it amazing the more we see the changes the more we seem to want to work toward our goals harder. I also was at 20# down on christmas morning, best gift Santa could have brought.
