Just when you think nothing is working. Inches not moving, scale not moving etc...this is why pictures are SO important. I started taking pics of my horrible rolls of back fat just last month. Too afriad of what it looked like back in July! Denial, I know.....

But this is the change that's been going on BEHIND me. So please girls, don't fret. Things are moving, shifting and changing even if we can't see it. It might very well be in a place in your body you can't see!!! Including our insides! Just some awareness I had today. Here you can see the difference in about 6 weeks of my back fat where I was in total denail that anything was happening to my body! How wrong I was the rolls are becoming shallow canyons now LOL
