I love you like a ONE song babbbyyyy.....and it goes beep beep beep beep beep!

I'm dancing this morning cause baby, it's been 16 years for me and I NEVER in my wildest dreams EVER thought I would break 200's. I had a deep ingrained belief that I was destined to be in the 200's for the rest of my life, I had convinced myself that's just how my body was.....it's not! It was all a lie I told myself and what others have told me. This morning I am officially in ONEDERLAND!!!!!

Official weigh in day today and it's 199.8lbs

It isn't just the number that I'm so happy about it's what it represents, I had to break a major psychological block breaking 200, believing that I wasn't good enough for anything less than that number. Well no more baby!!!! I'm here and never going back!! I AM GOOD ENOUGH!
