. We travel some & that slows me down too. But I'm there...30 lbs down, 2 more & I'll push pause for a bit & regulate & then see if I can take it down 5 more. It's easy to get lax at the end! Maybe b/c the end goes on f.o.r.e.v.e.r!

I like your approach as well--it doesn't have to be all or nothing, and doesn't need to be immediate! It's a good way of thinking about it
