I don't see a difference when I look in the mirror, but I see it in the way my clothes fit and in how long I can walk. I used to get tired at half a mile, now I usually manage 3 or 4 miles in a walk.
I realize I've got a long way to go (90 or possibly 80 lbs), but I thought I should take a moment to have a small celebration. Now I'm going to go downstairs and have a nice cup of hot cocoa.
