I Lost 50 lbs Too!
 

I waited a few days to see if it would stick, so now it's official. I've lost 50 lbs!

I don't see a difference when I look in the mirror, but I see it in the way my clothes fit and in how long I can walk. I used to get tired at half a mile, now I usually manage 3 or 4 miles in a walk.

I realize I've got a long way to go (90 or possibly 80 lbs), but I thought I should take a moment to have a small celebration. Now I'm going to go downstairs and have a nice cup of hot cocoa. ;)

Thanks, everybody! It doesn't feel like I've lost that much yet, probably because the change has happened so slowly for me, about 19 months. I'll be more excited when I reach 70 lbs lost since I'll be halfway through my weight loss journey.

I'm so glad 3fc is so supportive. It's a good place to stock up on some positive energy. :D
