I don't even recognize myself... 163 lbs gone and counting...
 

Here are 2 before and after progress pics of me. I am not sure how much I weighed in either of the before pics, but I was around my starting weight in both (if not heavier). I have now lose 163 lbs and the after pics are from the past couple of weeks. I have about 25 lbs left to go to reach goal :) I don't even recognize the person in my before pics... it is kind of a surreal feeling looking back at old pics again.

Thank you! Seriously, when I started out I was just so tired of the health problems that my obesity caused. As I lost weight, I felt better, looked better, fit into cuter clothes etc. When I start something, I like to finish it. No, this has not been the easiest thing in the world However, every second of it was worth it to feel the way I do now. Just come up with some concrete goals (examples for me were getting my body in shape to be a mother one day, getting off meds, being able to shop in "normal" sized stores etc.) Set tons of mini goals too. As you reach them, you will feel more motivated and it will help fuel you. Good luck!
