20 kgs gone so far! (44 lbs)

A happy day today. After 5 months of (uneven) effort, 20 kgs has finally disappeared from my body.
It's made a huge difference, not only to how my body and face look, but how I feel.
Before, I was in excruciating pain with my back injuries. My feet and knees used to swell if I stood on them for too long. I couldn't walk for longer than 15 minutes, and I had to wear velcro braces on my back and knees.
Now the back pain is almost gone, and my knees and feet give me no trouble at all. I can walk for over an hour without any dramas, and work out at the gym. I have even started running on the C25k program!
I never thought I could do this, but finally, age 34, it has mentally clicked for me.
I can make it to the end!
