Thanks everyone! I have primarily lost it through calorie counting. I have been super strict and it has worked. I am now finding it is pretty hard to phase back in to living without the counting though so I am working with a nutritionist to get into a meal plan that is based more on food groups instead of calories. I have also walked some but that is the only exercise I have done. I have a bad back so unfortunately I can't do anything else. Just find a plan that works for you and stick with it. It is hard at first but it becomes old hat very soon. good luck to you all.
The one thing I would say is that it probably would have been a bit better if I would have been a little less rigid with everything. I have found it hard to mentally adjust to the rapid weight loss... Don't get me wrong, I am completely happy that I am no longer obese. However, having such a dramatic change so quickly can play some really big mind games...

What are you thinking as far as sizing goes at 180? I guess it depends on body type as well.
