Default 10 lbs lost
I started (again) april 11th and have finally lost 10 lbs!!! there have been a few slip ups the past month-but i got through it. 10 lbs a month will get me to my goal in under a year. That is super exciting. i just hope the momentum keeps up for awhile

i think being consistent day to day is my biggest success thus far..
