Happy Measurements Dance
 

So, I had a 6 week assessment done at the gym this morning and I have lost an additional 6.5 inches in 6 weeks! :carrot:

My cardio recovery has improved again as well and, I did 6 more pushups and 4 more situps in a minute!

The scale isn't moving a great deal for me but that's OK. I feel great and have a tonne of energy and stamina.

It's things like this that keep me on track.

Thanks 3FC for making me realize that health doesn't revolve around a number on the scale and a BMI reading.

Awesome!! That is a great accomplishment and a total endorsement of why people should have goals and measurements that are not scale related. Keep it up!

That is GREAT!!! I agree that it is not the number on the scale that matters..it is how we FEEL :) Keep up the great work!

thats a good point xty, i think i will have to get out the measuring tape now and make a few measurement goals too.

That's awesome 6.5" inches is no joke. Take a ruler and put it next to you and you'll see! lol. :)
