Last week, when I was running, I was only running 1/4 of a mile during my workout. Well, this week, I thought, why not, lets push it - I cranked out a 1/2 mile both Monday and Tuesday. Well, today we had a snow day, so I had plenty of extra time to workout. And I really pushed myself - I did 3/4 of a mile! Now, now, I know that I have to make sure I don't completely wear myself out, but I'm excited because my body is responding!!!
Goal: Run 2 miles by April 16 (my daughter's 7th birthday). I see no reason why I can't do this!
