So far I've lost four pounds. I'd love to get down another two or three before Valentine's Day, but I think that's about all I can wing. I've been working very hard, but we can't always control how much our bodies give up, can we? :rolleyes: My official weigh-in is at the end of each month, so I won't be able to say how much I lost by Valentine's exactly...but my new goal is to make it out of the obese weight range by the end of February (seven pounds--a tall order, but I think I can manage!)

PS - I'm a big time baker, and I use duncan hines batter mix as a base for lots of things and I am proud to say that Kroger had them on sale 10 for $10 and I stopped and got a box, then, a little voice told me I would be tempted if I even had it at the house (even if intended for later use) and I PUT THE BOX BACK!!!! GOOOOOO MEEEEE!!!!! :hat: |

How is everyone doing?? I am trying to get over this horrible cold that I have and also waiting for TOM to leave! Grrr! I have also been bad *covers face* I have been cravingg all the wrong foods and ate them :-( .. Today is my weigh in and I'm actually afraid of what the scale will say, I finally made it out of the 180's and I will hate to see my scale read anything in the 180's - but I know its possible but I am ready to regain focus!! |
