I've been dieting & exercising for around 3 weeks now. I started at 245. Today I weighed myself mid-afternoon and found that I'm now 239! This is the lightest I've been since at least May (I had a job this summer and gained 20 lbs.) and I am SO PUMPED! I seriously almost cried (I have the tendency to get really excited about little things). Also I've been getting a lot of compliments from people saying they can tell and that I've been looking better!
This isn't as significant as what most others have posted on this minigoal thing but that was my first one planned, and I figured I'd share it.
