Setting my first Mini Goal
Hi I am Amanda an here is my mini goal chart!
Age 34 Ht. 5'4 Start weight 261.4 Todays WI was 252.8 Total loss this week 8.6:carrot: Mini Goal 1/14 1 245.8 1/21 2 238.8 1/28 3 231.8 2/4 4 224.8 2/11 5 217.8 2/18 6 210.8 2/25 7 203.8 3/4 8 196.8:hug:Call to set up TR! 3/11 9 189.8 3/18 10 182.8 3/25 11 175.8 4/1 12 168.8 4/8 13 161.8 4/15 14 154.8 4/22 15 147.8 4/29 16 140.8 Time to put in focus my Weight Loss! Skinny Dust to all! We can do it!;) WOW I just noticed that I have lost 35lbs this past year...Not a bad start! Time to get in gear tho! |
Good luck with your journey, but be very careful of setting so specific goals with only a week in between - You cannot expect to lose seven pounds every week especially as you lower your weight - our bodies will not do that in real life, nor should they. Maybe set your goals without the dates and work toward that, then you're not frustrated the first or second time it doesn't fit in with your timeline.
