Default Yeah, I can't stop smiling!
I was so happy this morning I just had to share. I have lost 50 lbs. I have been through so many stalls I have wondered if I would make it to onederland. Now I know that I will be able to make it. Thank you for letting me share my joy here. Everyone here understands what this is like.

dorian05: I started in June 2010. I had found out that I had Hypothyroidism. My doctor started me on the replacement meds. I was 255 Lbs. I lost 8 Lbs. in a week not even trying. So I decided to try again for the kalizionth time to lose some weight. I lost 7 more Lbs. very fast. After that it was more normal results...1-2 Lbs. a week. Some weeks 3! Some weeks none. I've also had 2 major stalls so far. I am 49 years old (birthday yesterday) I lose weight slow too. These day's I do good to lose a Lb. a week. But I am not exercising as good as I ought to be. You will do good
