Default Completed my 3rd 5K yesterday!
First one this year, though.

Last year it took me 1:01 to walk it. This year I walked/jogged but cut off 6 mins on my time, and felt GREAT afterwards and not like I was going to die like I did last year! I hope to get to where I can jog the whole thing. Doing another one next month (I do them when it's cold out).

Yay!!!! Good for you!!! I just did a 5k in September and I'm doing another in November. I'm hoping to cut off 4 minutes. Good for you!!!
