So, I made it to my 2nd mini-goal! I've lost 10% of my original weight, plus a little. The "win" was diminished a bit by the fact that I had a really-bad-ate-too-much-for-no-reason day yesterday, but I'm back on it today... Next stop 15% lost!
Congratulations on Mini-Goal 2. Don't worry about 1 bad day...the fact you have got straight back on the wagon is the most important thing. Tenacity is what you need (and when you learn how to do it....can you teach me?)
