I don't normally carry a purse because it wouldn't stay on my shoulders or my arms were too big to pull it up to my shoulders. Well TADAAAA, I can carry my gym bag or my purse on my shoulder without it sliding down or having to constantly pull it up because I could feel it about to slip.
I realized that the fat roll under my arms are almost gone. I can actually swing my arms and not bump into rolls of fat!!! That is really exciting for me. No fat roll to rest my arms on.
Now I have to keep working on getting rid of the roll of fat in front of me...THE BELLY...the
fat roll.
