FIRST: I have gotten into the school I have been pining over for a long time! Belmont University in Nashville TN! I am now enrolled in the best music business program in the country! (I leave NYC for Nashville on Aug 19th, and I am SUPER excited).

SECOND: As a result of having to live on a campus, I had to go to the doctor today for a physical, and make sure my vaccines were up-to-date. My blood sugar was in the 70's, my blood pressure was 107/76 (which is great bc I used to have high blood pressure)...AND I weighed 176 on the doctor's scale, with my clothes on, after having eaten breakfast! (that is like 4 lbs less than I thought).

On the down side, I did get a tetanus booster (and I HATE shots, I hadn't gotten one in 10 years)...AND I have to get a meningitis shot on friday...Just how I like to spend my weekend. BUT: I am not even that mad about it because I am doing so well!

hooray! Congrats on the school acceptance! And the doctor's scale is amazing, I always hate getting on those 'cause I'm always more than I am at home.

Congratulations on your acceptance into your school of choice! I love the state of Tennessee and I think it would be great to go to school there.
