My first mini goal was to be just under 150lbs. I was staying in the 150-151 range the past week and it was infuriating! But I weighed myself this morning and finally...149.5!!
Being in the 140s actually has some special meaning to me. This is really the first time I have seen my weight in the 140s. I realized I had a weight problem when I weighed myself one day and came in at 160, but the only memory I have before that is weighing 135 at some point! So somehow I just lost control and ate my way through the 140s without even realizing! I also have NEVER before broken through 150 on my past weight loss journeys, which is why I am SO SO SO excited about this one. I finally feel like I can really do it. I feel like it's finally clicked in my head that I'm going to have to take this one painful step at a time (or in my case, one .5lb at a time haha..). I'm really happy about hitting my mini goal, and now I just have to lose 30 more pounds! I'm definitely going to do it this time
