As of today I have lost a total of 9lbs since I started my weight loss journey. Not a lot of weight I know but I started out all wrong, not doing enough of the right kind of exercise and eating too low of daily calories. Since I started eating the right amount of calories and doing cardio/strength everyday I have started to lose anywhere from .5 to 2lbs weekly BUT what is really amazing me is the amount of inches I have lost and the way I feel fitter and thinner even though the scale isn't showing much in the way of weight loss.
Anyway my BIG mini-goal is that today I put on a pair of jeans that 2 months ago I could not even get over my thighs!
I just decided to try them on "just to see" and they slid right up my thighs, over my hips and buttoned with absolutely no problem! I do believe I smiled from ear to ear!
