Hey guys,
Weighed myself and it's finally coming off. Thank you Lord. Been taking bootcamp style fitness classes once a week. Walk/run club on another day and I do long runs on Saturdays. Been logging my food in fitday and staying at a healthy range for food and it's coming off. I'm so happy. I can feel the difference in my energy and my face has even shrunken a little. Thank you Lord! I'm so happy!
