I have read on this site that the 10% mark is when ppl really notice SOMETHING but aren't quite sure, or are too afraid to ask, if its weight loss. As long as they are noticing something positive right?I feel pretty good! A little tired. Getting a bit sick of my treadmill BUT decided I am going to alternate - treadmill/eliptical one night and yoga/resistance the next night. Tryna focus on making sure I get enough lean protein - don't wanna lose that calorie burning muscle mass. LOOOOOVE Tuna and mixing whey protein into v8 low sodium, baked chicken breats, eggs...(for now).
I'm forever restarting ph 1 of SBD - it's soooo hard! But I'm going to give it another crack. I'm on day 4 and think I'm going to be okay if I can resist while around my extended family

14 lbs from my first goal - can't wait to hit 180s!!
