Talking Reached my first mini-mini goal!

It's a start! My first (of many) baby step mini goals was to be down 5lbs by Jan 21st.... well I am actually down 11lbs! (9-11 depending on the day/scale i use LOL) But yep definatly made the first 5 down!

Im pshyched! After another 15 down i will post progress pics, i just cant bear to post them yet LOL!

YAY - GOOD FOR YOU! Not only did you achieve your first mini goal, you lost twice as much in the same time and are that much closer to you goal - how great is that?!

I always try and think of that weight loss in terms visually of what equals it...just think...you've lost a 10 pound bag of potatoes! That's a lot of weight!!! Way to go!!!
