Default Another Onederland Thread =D
I forgot to post this the other day, but I'm definitely down to 199.5...I still have a long journey ahead of me...but it feels AMAZING to no longer see that "2" in the front of my weight.

It's definitely helped to motivate me I think...I'm paying more attention to what I'm eating, journaling my points, and I got a 7 day trial membership thing at the 24 hour fitness near my house and I worked out for 1 hour and 40 minutes today. It was great and I feel very accomplished...

I guess now I know this is something I can do..and I know that it's possible. I think the "1" that's in front of my weight now is so inspiring because it's PROOF that I'm changing and that what I'm doing is working.

I'm so excited.

You're so right - success breeds success - you've found what works and are doing it - you know you can do it because you already have - how great is that? You deserve to feel proud and inspired because you've earned the right with your hard work and determination!

Thanks for the support everyone! It definitely does feel amazing...and I feel like I'm seeing all these differences too...

Today I noticed a bone on the outer part of my wrist that I can't ever remember sticking out as prominently as it does now before.

The other day I was rubbing lotion on my arms and I noticed that I can feel the bone in my arm now....before my arms were too squishy and I could barely even tell there was a bone there.

I can feel my hip bones now...before I had to push down and dig around to even find them...and now I can feel them, even when I'm standing up.

I can see my collar bones again...and my cheek bones are starting to show.

It's just really crazy...it's like all the sudden I'm starting to not see the fat girl anymore. I mean, when I take off my clothes I still have MAJOR self confidence issues, but if I focus on what I look like now with clothes ON, I feel SO MUCH better!

I'm definitely finding the motivation that I need to keep going, JUST by looking in the mirror =D


Oh, and I'm definitely 2.1 lbs away from being no longer "Obese" and just "Overweight"....I weighed in at 198.9 this morning.

If I can do this, ANYONE can do this!
