Wink I have biceps!!!

I mean, I suppose they've always been there...hiding somewhere. But now when I flex you can definitely see some muscle. Wow! Most notable thing about my arms is no longer the underarm flab, but this little bump on top when I flex.

I have a few female friends who do physical labor and I would love to have arms like theirs - not bulky, but seriously toned and strong. After looking at myself in the mirror at the gym yesterday in a sleeveless shirt, I realize I am on my way!

The scale hasn't budged in two weeks, but, hey, I don't mind...because I've got biceps! Woohoo!!!

Who else out there can see muscle now where they didn't before? Great feeling!!!

Way to go! I cant wait to get rid of my "batwing" flab. Since I started the 30DS I have noticed a lot more muscle definition. Why haven't I been strength training this whole time?

"Batwing flab." I love it!!!

Yes, I am a 30 DSer, too. I don't do it every day, but do it at least once a week (I like to mix up workout videos w/ weight training, treadmill, elliptical, dance and yoga classes...can't let myself get bored) and it definitely helps develop muscle tone. Strength training has been an important piece of the puzzle for me which I haven't done in previous weight loss attempts and I think is one of the reasons I am successful this time around.
