    Oh my goodness, if you were here I would kiss you for saying that. I've actually still got a pretty good "pooch" going on there but it's so much better than it was!

    Thanks for all the nice comments, everyone. The weight loss has been kind of slow lately so it's nice to hear some encouraging words.
