Cool From 255ish to 235
I was 255/260(the scale was a dial one and I could not see well so yeah) and now I am 235........in about 6 weeks!!!!!! Well 5-8 of it was lost by something else. but at least 15 of that was all me doing it!!!!!

So assuming the 260 end of it
for every 5 pounds lost
