Default OK. I did it!

I posted in the exercise forum that I am not a morning person. AT ALL! This week, all week, I got up one hour earlier and did an hour of working out! I made my goal. All weekdays, get up and work out early. Just knock it out, so the rest of the day cannot interfere with me getting fit! WOOHOO!

Doesnt it feel great? It took me a whole week to get the will to get out of bed at 5 am. Now I can usually get up....Congratulations!! I dont know about you, but I walk outside and getting up early is so nice cause of the coolness of the morning before the sun comes up fully...I like it!

You are my hero!
Wow.

(Both of you, actually. 5am? My husband gets up at that hour--no thanks!)

Awesome, you rock. I've been trying to switch over from evening exercise to mornings (it's too easy to cook up excuses at 7pm!), so I know how tough it is. Bravo!

I rewarded myself with two new workout outfits and got fitted for some shoes at a running store! I also bought a new art glass necklace!

WOW, I am impressed. I am not a morning person either and the snooze button still has a hold of me. Congrats on overcoming that
