Default It's Official!
My BMI is now NORMAL!!! As of this morning, it is 24.5! This is my first goal. I've been holding steady at 155 for the past 2 weeks and this morning I'm down 2 lbs. I'd like to get to 135-140, but if I don't that's fine too. I'm just going to keep on what I'm doing!

I want to add that I could never have reached this goal without the support of all of you here at 3fc. This is an amazing community that supports and kicks you in the pants when you need it the most! I am definitely not going anywhere because I need this.
