On a whim, I got out a box of clothes that were just a little bit too small when I cleaned out my closets last summer -- and some of them fit now! I'm wearing a shirt to work today that I haven't been able to wear for months! I still have a long way to go, but this is the first non-scale-related sign that I'm making progress.
