I know when I have lost weight in the past, I sort of knew I looked better - but I don't really think I changed my mindset. This time I am focusing on exercising and weight-lifting and yoga (for the first time IN my life) and my own inside self-esteem ... all in the hope that this time I can change my mindset, too. Get some better body awareness...

That said - you've seen the show where they stand the girls up in a line from smallest to largest and have the woman put herself, based on her hip size, where she belongs in the line up? She invariably chooses the wrong place in line. Always bigger than she is. So maybe it's a woman thing?!
