Default first target hit and 9 to go

hi everyone i'm so pleased with myself i've lost my first 5lbs and only 45 to go can i do you bet i can i was feeling a bit of a failure until i set myself smaller targets and now i am feeling a whole lot more positive i was aiming to be 50lbs lighter by august for my sons wedding but you guys have helped me to see that i was running up a mountain instead of jogging over smaller hills it may take longer and i may not be a size 10 for my sons wedding but i will be slimmer than i am today and i know that i will eventually reach the end

You are doing great !! Baby steps is my motto and it works... 5 or 10 pound goals work well for me... sounds like they work for you too... Keep up the good work...
