Default Lost 10 lbs in about 5 weeks!

Ok the first 3-4 pounds I lost in the first week of my new dieting plan (losing regained weight I've lost before and won't regain this time) because I ate so much junk in a 3-4 month stressful period. The rest of the weight is "real weight" loss from watching what I've been eating, eating lots of protein, cutting eating out, and most important I believe, getting my emotions under control (that emotional eating related to some stressful people/person/situations).... and turning life over to a Higher Power.

Now I have AT LEAST 10 more pounds to knock off, it's almost the end of March as I write this and I'm 5 weeks into a 12 week Body for Life challenge - so my goal is to get the 10 lbs off by the end of this challenge, would be the end of May. However I think I can get more off by then, I'm hoping for 15 but we'll see...

This BFL plan includes weight training and I'm please that I'm not just losing this time, I'm really toning up. I can see the difference in my posture, and in losing some of the flab in my arms and such. Once before I lost weight to just be a skinnier version of me, this time I'm going about it to become as fit as I can be, as I've entered my 40s now and it's not as easy as it used to be (oh those good old days of throwing on a gunny sack or anything and looking ok).

It's not just weight loss either... I've been researching the "cleanest" foods and brands available. I can majorly see a difference in my skin too, from the clean eating. And in my moods. So imagine how healthy I'll be 10 more pounds down, and the energy. I love the energy that comes with being thinner, eating better and having a more positive focus on life.
