2 weeks in, 10 pounds down....
Ok, I'll be honest, 9.6 pounds down, but these tickers won't take those fractions! I understand it mostly water and it is going to be much harder from here on out but I am sooooooo excited!! Regardless whether it's water or fat so some of both, I can tell the difference. I don't feel all bloated all the time, I dont have that painful belly hitting the underwire thing when I'm sitting and I just feel lighter.
Exercise comes next and I hope it keeps the weight coming off. I started with a goal of 10 pounds before April 15, when we move to our new building at work and now I can work toward the second round of 10 more before May 15th.
