Default 25 pounds gone!
As of this morning, I've lost 25 pounds since mid-November! And it felt especially good because I've been stalled at 24 for a couple of weeks. Why do stalls and plateaus always seem to happen right before a I hit a milestone?

Only 19 pounds to go to a healthy BMI!
