hit another mini goal today!!!

  • as of today I made my 25 lbs lost goal and even exceeded it yay!!! so now I'm at 25.5 lbs lost so far! and almost outta the 280's!!!!

  • thanks! I'm trying! each weigh in I keep realizing this is more and more attainable ! it's not just a dream it's going to be reality!
  • Besides getting out of the 180s, what is your next major mini goal? And how are you losing the weight?
  • I set small mini goals so they are reachable after getting out of the 280's my next goal will be to be at 30 lbs lost.. and then to get outta the 270's SO I'm usually no more then 5 lbs away from the next goal I can hit but major goal will be 50 lbs lost! cant wait for that day!

    and I've been calorie counting- and LOVING it! I started out exercising, but have not exercised in about 3 weeks because of an injury and it's still coming off just as fast.. I heart calorie counting
  • Oh, wow! Congrats! I noticed that your join date is in Jan, does that mean you lost 25 pounds in one month?
  • nope I've been calorie counting since Dec 9th... so on the 9th of this month in just a few days it will 2 months I've been losing.. So I still have 5 more days till official weigh in! I hope to lose another pound or two I hoep to be outta the 280's by weigh in day!

  • yeah I aim to lose 10 a month.. anything over is bonus! But I lost 17 the first month that was great! I wish it could come off faster but I know slow and steady wins the race! and that means it will be gone for good!
