Default 10lb mini goal whatwhat!!!
So it's only 10lbs (12.5 as of this morning) but I'm pretty stoked about it. Especially since one day this week I was like pac-man eating everything in sight but instead of saying 'well I screwed this day up might as well just get it out of my system and start again tomorrow' I got right back on the horse.

The queen of self-sabotage has made a small victory!

I'm focusing on mini-goals (and subsequently I am wayyyy excited to meet them) because if I think of how much weight I actually have to lose before I meet my final goal of 150lbs, my head would explode.
