I have decided to set my first mini goal ever. I have committed myself to getting down to 175 by July 1, 2009. So far I have lost 8 pounds since I started on Jan. 1.. so that makes me nearly 1/3 of the way to goal. When I reach that goal on or before July 1, then I will set another mini goal for another 25 lbs. by July 1, 2010. That will put me into a size 12 at 150 lbs. After that, I really would like to try for a size 10... but that will put me at about 125 lbs. I am short with a large bosom.. even when I as thin (125 lbs. ) my bosom was around 38 or better.

So over a period of the next 2 years, I wish to lose 75 lbs. But if I get down to about 140 and stay there, I will be very happy,,, all else will be just pure wonderful.

Congratulations! You will probably meet your mini-goal before July! BTW, I'm a size 10 at 155 (5'6"), so I bet you won't have to get down to 125 to be a size 10!
