Down 10 lbs - 10 more to go in next mini goal!
I'm down 10 lbs, I blimped out at almost 190 lbs, gaining back a lot of weight. It's taken a few months but I've been mostly consistent, eating clean, exercising and staying away from fast and convenience food. Feels good to be a bit thinner but I'm going to push for 10 more pounds in hopefully three months, by spring. Then I'll be back to my 160s again. Since I'm tall I can feel "ok" at 165 or so but I'd like to get to my 150s again by summer.... there's some skinny jeans I'd really like to wear again. So here's to the next 10!
