Default one month into my healthy new life style!
Well today has been one official month that I've been counting my calories and eating healthier I've lost 15 lbs broke outta the 300's nearly broke outta the 290's and I took my progress pics- the greatest thing is there is a noticable difference! my rings are becoming to big on my fingers as a matter of fact they almost slipped off!! after only 15 lbs! my pants are starting to become a little looser and I had the fist person ask me today "Are you losing a little weight?" It was a great day- just thought I'd share!

I wish I could post my pics on here -but I think I haven't been a member long enough yet! cant wait until I can!
