First 25 down, more to go!

    I did it! I made my 25 lb goal. I celebrated my 20 lb goal by getting a tattoo of a bird. When I make 40 or 50 lb loss then I'll get another one. Thanks for all the encouragement. I may not post a lot but all of your stories keep me motivated. When I can figure out my camera, I'll post some pics.

    I have gone from 219 to 195 in the 3 mos since my divorce and moving to from CA to AL. My next goal is getting to 175 by Christmas....When I get to 135 which is my final goal...I will be buying a bunch of new cloths and getting my new tattoo...
