Smile Goodbye 10!!

Hello all! I am new here and have been looking for support with my weight loss for awhile now. I am 19, in college and on my way to losing 25 pounds (hopefully). Despite the parties and slipups at Wendys I have managed to loose 10 pounds in about three weeks! I am allready feeling so much better about myself and finally feel like I have gained some confidence back. I wish the best of luck to everyone!

Welcome! I'm new here myself.. I'm 17 and hoping to lose 100-105 pounds.. I have lost 4 pounds so far (that seems so small ) and started at 230 pounds.. that sounds like a lot but thankfully I'm somewhat tall and carry it pretty well Anyways congrats on losing 10 pounds! Thats a great accomplishment

Yay for you! When I'm at the gym using 8-10 lb weights I like to think 'Hey this thing is pretty huge and that's how much I've lost off of me!' I love that feeling and the awesome feeling of confidence I get knowing I'm being good to me. Congrats on your success so far and good luck as you keep going!
