  • I cannot believe it. I actually lost 50 lbs. It came with a lot of hard work and a lot of sweat, but it was all worth it. Every single drop!!!! I'm so excited!!! It's not just the pounds on the scale. I feel like a whole new woman. I feel alive and happy to go out. I feel stronger and more motivated about other challenges in my life! Yipppeeeeeee!!! I don't know if I could have done it without the constant support of the amazing people on this site. I am shouting from the rooftops: "THANK YOU 3FATCHICS!!!!!!!!!!"
  • Good for you! That's fabulous!.

  • That is soooo awesome!!!
  • What an inspiration. I came today looking for support and I found it in your post.

    Thanks.
  • Pmteub, I'm so glad you found that in my post! It CAN be done. Don't pressure yourself and rush to lose quick. It takes time.

Thanks for your posts, luvja and yoyodieterinlasvegas. I SO appreciate it!
  • luckymommy - I can't believe you are down to 150! That must be an awesome feeling. I feel like it's impossible to get down 25 pounds so it is great to read about your accomplishment! Where are the pictures???
  • Wow, congratulations!! Thanks for your post, kind of having a crappy morning and it gave me renewed energy to follow my plan. Thanks, and congrats!
  • JamieJo, I still have 4 lbs. to go before I reach 150, which might take a while, but that's ok.

reddahlia, I'm so glad my post gave you renewed energy. I have used this site for that purpose a lot. The main thing I learned is to get back up after I stumble. I stumbled a lot and that's why I wanted to post. I have a major problem with binge eating. I have had binges that lasted for months in the past. Now, if I binge, I don't let it linger. I tell myself that it's just one small period of time and in the big scheme of things, it's not that terrible, in terms of damage done. I try my darnest not to binge, but I still do it. It just so happens that when I get back on track, I lose the weight I put on and then some. It's better not to do it, but if you have an issue with it, why not work it in your favor? I hope that's not bad advice. Please don't use this advice to fall off track if you have the same problem.

    Hugs ya'll!
  • Luckymommy you are an inspiration.

I like your words about bingeing though and I think they are realistic rather than "bad advice". No binge is bad enough to beat myself up about; that just leads to giving up. So if I binge, I try to just slow down and get back on the horse as soon as I can.

  • Congratulations! Great Job!
  • Congratulations! So inspiring! And so close to goal

    BIG ROUND OF APPLAUSE!

  • Congratulations! That's wonderful. You truly are an inspiration.
  • Congratulations!
  • That is AWESOME. Congratulations!
  • Hey luckymommy, YOU ROCK!!!
