Default 10 down finally!

It's taken nearly 6 weeks, but I've finally lost the first 10!
And my waist is starting to get a bit more noticeable!

Now I just gotta do that 8 more times!

Thanks everyone! Went on vacation for a few days. Don't think I did 10 lbs worth of damage, but I'm surely not weighing myself again till Sunday so I can get into my food and exercise habits again. Hoping for the best!
I was fairly tame on my vacation, but had some slipups too.

AND I logged EVERYTHING on paper! Huge accomplishment for me!

I needed to see this post today. I have lost 7.6 pounds in the last three weeks and its been a lot of hard work. I felt like an unachiever for not doing better. I see how proud you are that you have lost 10 pounds and realize that I should be happy too. No one said it was easy!

That is really fabulous! I just lost my first 10 as well, it's such a great feeling! I don't look much different but DH says I look more confident.
